       My name is Dan Elbard. I am the owner of HB Consulting & Construction Management. Thank you for Visiting our website. This is a recently established company which I opened for a really good reason. I have been doing Construction sales, design and budgeting for 20+ years. Started in the supply side of the Construction Industry and learned what materials cost a contractor to get the job done. Then I decided to become a Contractor where I learned the Construction Labor costs. Now, here I am taking the cost of labor and material knowledge and sharing it with whom hires me. My main goal is to Keep Contractors Honest with home owners who don't know what it cost to complete a Construction project.

      If and when given an opportunity to work with you. I will provide the following:

• Project walk through.

• Project design.

• Project Labor costs.

• Project Materials cost and quantity breakdown.

• Project Before pictures.

• Project Inspiration Pictures.

• Project detail Scope of Work.

• Project Schedule (Start Date and Completion Date).

       Once we get the above figured out. I will then offer 3-4 Contractors who can give us a price based on the Scope of work I developed for your project. If you don't like the Contractors I provided or their pricing, you can Interview your own and use them..
